The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the notification for the Sub‑Inspector (SI) recruitment in Delhi Police and various Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) for the year 2025. A total of 3,073 posts are advertised across Delhi Police, BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP and SSB with separate allocations for male and female candidates. Applicants must be between 20 and 25 years of age as of 01 Aug 2025 and possess a bachelor’s degree in any stream. The application window opens on 26 Sept 2025 and closes on 16 Oct 2025, with fee payment due by 17 Oct 2025. General, OBC and EWS candidates pay ₹100, while SC/ST candidates are exempted. Physical standards differ for male, female and ST categories. Candidates can book self‑slots between 17‑21 Nov 2025 and the first paper of the exam is scheduled for 09‑12 Dec 2025.
