Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised university in English/Hindi medium with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subjects and minimum 50% marks (Pass class for SC/ST/PWBD/Ex‑Servicemen). Must be able to translate between English and Hindi. Knowledge of word processing on PC.
